Delivered At Frontier or DAF incoterm has expired from the 1st January 2011. DAF has been replaced by DAP and DAT. The “Frontier” should be properly agreed before shipping as the frontier could be any place. Once the cargo is delivered to the agreed frontier, sellers’ obligations become fully filled.
