Ex ship

Ex ship or delivered ex ship was an INCOTERM used in international trade until January 2011. In e ship, the seller is responsible and liable until the cargo arrives at the destination port. Once the cargo-carrying ship arrives at the destination port, it is considered as cargo delivered and risk transfers to the consignee.
