T1 document is a detailed sheet on cargo which transport from one customs deport to another customs deport without paying duties or taxes. When non-EU manufactured goods are transported in the EU, T1 should be submitted to customs. This allows transporting cargo under customs supervision without doing the cargo clearance in cross-border transactions.
